Property Management Monthly Fee
For properties with 1-4 units: $150 per unit per month, or 6% of the gross monthly income, whichever is greater.
For properties with 5-9 units: A flat rate of $500 per month, or 7% of the gross monthly income, whichever is greater.
For properties with 10+: A flat rate of $1,000 per month, or 8% of the gross monthly income, whichever is greater.
Leasing Fee
A one-time fee of 50% of one month's rent for Alpine Management clients.

Professional Services: $75 per hour for court appearances, evictions, or other required professional representation. In some cases, the owner may need to appear in person or seek legal counsel (legal services are not provided, but referrals are available).
